In a heavy saucepan or slow cooker, combine the wine, 10 Sweet'north Low packets, apple cider, zest, clementines with the cloves stuffed inside, nutmeg, 3 cinnamon sticks, 2 tsp nutmeg, 1 apple cut into one inch pieces, and 6 peppercorns.
Warm the beverage slowly over low heat without boiling and allow the flavors to come up together for at to the lowest degree one 60 minutes.
Squeeze the clementines and strain before serving.
